Terms of Service
wait.money (a working name) puts one sponsored line in your Claude Code status bar and shares ad revenue with you. By installing the client, signing in, or advertising with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
One account per person, via Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your devices. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
2. Earning
Accrued credits are conditional, not money, until redeemed in a completed payout. Credits are computed entirely server-side from verified impressions; our verification (including caps, cooldowns, trust scoring, and review holds) is final. Earnings depend on ad demand and are not guaranteed.
3. Fraud
Forged, automated, replayed, or otherwise manipulated activity earns nothing. We may hold credits pending review, claw back credits found to be fraudulent, and terminate accounts involved. The aim is simple: fraud must cost more than it earns.
4. Payouts
Payouts require identity verification, are subject to a minimum, daily and lifetime caps, and a holdback window, all shown at redemption. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility. Where a payout provider rejects or reverses a disbursement, the corresponding credits return to your balance.
5. Advertisers
Advertisers are billed only for cleared, fraud-filtered impressions. Ad creative is reviewed; we reject creative that impersonates the tool or the assistant, links to malware, or is misleading. We may pause campaigns at our discretion and refund undelivered budget.
6. The software
We license you the client for its intended use. Updates are signed and verified before install. Do not tamper with the client or the protocol to manufacture activity (see section 3).
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is, currently in beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the unredeemed credit balance on your account at the time of the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
9. Contact
Working draft (2026-06-13). A counsel-reviewed version ships before payouts open. See also the privacy policy.
